  • Q:The watch and the phone cannot be connected

    A:
    To connect the watch in the InfoWear APP, you need to ensure that the phone can connect to the Internet and turn on the Bluetooth switch of the phone system. If the phone is set up normally, but still cannot connect to the watch, please try the following:
    First step:
    Please try to turn off the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone system, and then turn it on again.
    Second step:
    Long press the power button of the watch, and select "Restart" in the pop-up system menu to restart the watch.
    Third step:
    After the watch restarts, try to connect to the watch again in the InfoWear APP. If you still cannot connect to the watch after performing the above operations, please try the following:
    1) In InfoWear APP> Device Details, unbind the watch.
    2) Long press the watch button, and on the system operation page that pops up, select "Restore Factory Settings".
    3) Clear the Bluetooth information of the device in the Bluetooth list of the mobile phone system.
    4) Turn off the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone system, and then turn it on again.
    5) Open the InfoWear APP and add the device again.
  • Q:I can’t receive notification messages from my phone on my watch

    A:

    Android users:

    1) In order to ensure that you can receive the notification information in time, please confirm that you have worn the wearable device on your wrist, that is, the watch is near the phone.
    2) Make sure that the information can be displayed in the notification bar of the phone: Take Xiaomi phones as an example, select Settings>Apps and Notifications>Notification Management, click on the application you need to notify, and set it to allow notifications. In the same way, you can enable notification permissions for other apps.
    3) For other mobile phones to display information in the notification bar of the mobile phone, please consult the official after-sales hotline of the corresponding mobile phone brand.
    4) If the WeChat message is not pushed or the information details are not displayed, please open WeChat, select Me>Settings>New Message Reminder, turn on the Receive new message notification and Notification display message details switch to ensure that the WeChat message content can be successfully displayed in the mobile notification bar.
    5) When logging in to the WeChat computer version, please make sure that the mobile phone mute function in WeChat is turned off: first click the banner notification on the WeChat homepage of the mobile phone, and then click the phone mute to turn the button gray.
    6) Turn on the InfoWear APP message push permission, and turn on the application switch for receiving notification messages.
    7) It is strongly recommended that you set InfoWear APP as a protected background application on your phone and restart your phone. After setting, the stability of message push can be improved.

    iOS users:

    1) InfoWear APP>Device>Message notification>Enable message notification, and select the application (such as phone, WeChat) to receive notification messages on the watch.
    2) System Settings>Bluetooth, find the Bluetooth address of the watch device in the Bluetooth list, click the exclamation mark to enter the device's Bluetooth settings interface, and turn on the "Share System Notification" switch. (If there is no "shared system notification" option, no need to set)
    3) System Settings>Notifications, find the application that receives notification messages (such as phone, WeChat, etc.) in the application list, turn on the "Allow Notification" switch, and select "Notification Center". (If there is no "Notification Center" option, turn on the "Show in History" switch)
    4) System Settings>Notification>Display Preview, select "Always" or "When unlocked".
    5) WeChat:
    a) If the WeChat message is not pushed or the information details are not displayed, please open WeChat, select Me>Settings>New Message Reminder, turn on the Receive new message notification and Notification display message details switch to ensure that the WeChat message content can be successfully displayed in the mobile notification bar.
    b) When logging in to the WeChat computer version, please make sure that the mobile phone mute function in WeChat is turned off: first click the banner notification on the WeChat homepage of the mobile phone, and then click the phone mute to turn the button gray.
    If the problem persists, please restart your phone and reconnect the device to try again.
    When the phone is in the chatting interface, chat messages will not be pushed to the device. For example, if you are using a mobile phone for WeChat chat, the WeChat information will not be pushed to the device.
  • Q:Why has the battery life not reached the publicity standard?

    A:
    The actual battery life of the watch is related to factors such as the configuration, operation, use environment and battery life of the watch, and there may be differences. Please upgrade the watch to the latest version, and refer to the following methods to set up, which will help save power:
    1. You can adjust the brightness of the watch in Watch settings>Brightness adjustment to properly reduce the screen brightness in a well-lit environment;
    2. When you don’t need to lift your wrist to brighten the screen, connect the watch through the InfoWear APP, and turn off the wrist-up bright screen in "Device-Device Details-Wrist-lift-up screen", or turn off this function on the watch to reduce the number of screen-on-screen times; br /> 3. In the InfoWear APP"Device-Message Notification", you can turn off the push notifications of the apps you don't follow;
    4. Using the sleep/continuous heart rate detection function will increase power consumption to a certain extent, you can turn it off on the "Device" page of the InfoWear APP;
    5. Turn on the Do Not Disturb mode during a break to reduce the power consumption caused by the watch's bright screen and message push;
    6. If you don't need to be reminded to sit for a long time, you can turn off this function in the InfoWear APP to reduce power consumption.
  • Q:How to synchronize data

    A:
    The current synchronization status is divided into three modes: automatic synchronization, manual synchronization, and real-time transmission.

    Automatic synchronization

    When the InfoWear APP is turned on, it is automatically synchronized once, or when the InfoWear APP is switched from the background to the foreground (the page is switched without synchronization). The data on the "Health" page of the InfoWear APP is the last synchronized data. After the data changes, it will be automatically synchronized to the corresponding chart of the InfoWear APP.

    Manual synchronization

    When the InfoWear APP is on the "Health" homepage, users can pull down to refresh the synchronized data.

    Real-time transmission

    InfoWear APP "Health" homepage and watch related setting items are in real-time synchronization status. After the watch data changes, it will be updated synchronously in the InfoWear APP. The data on the "Health" page of the InfoWear APP is the last synchronized data. After the data changes, it will be automatically synchronized to the corresponding chart of the InfoWear APP.
  • Q:What should I do if the weather information is not updated?

    A:
    If the weather information is not updated, please try to check the following settings:
    1. Please make sure that InfoWear App has allowed the permission to obtain location information, and at the same time, the "Weather Synchronization" switch has been turned on in the InfoWear App "Device-Weather Settings".
    2. Please make sure that the phone network connection is normal. InfoWear App generally obtains weather data once an hour. If your network environment is not good, it may also cause the weather information data to be refreshed in time.
    3. Please ensure that the GPS function of the mobile phone is used normally. The indoor closed environment may fail to locate due to GPS failure, and thus cannot obtain the weather update. If this happens, please try to reconnect in an open area.
    4. If the update is not possible under the WIFI environment, please try to use the mobile data network.
    5. Please try to turn off the "Weather Push" switch on the InfoWearApp "Device Details Page-Weather Settings" page and then turn it on again.
  • Q:What should I do if the music cannot be controlled normally?

    A:
    In order to better use the watch to control mobile phone music playback, please make sure when using:
    1) The watch and the mobile phone are always connected, and the APP is required to keep running in the background
    2) APP has opened notification read permission
  • Q:How to measure blood oxygen saturation

    A:
    Single blood oxygen measurement:
    With your arms still, wear the watch tightly and keep the screen facing up. Short press the side button of the watch to enter the function list, and click "SpO2" to start a single SPO measurement.

    Notes:

    (1) In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement, please wear the watch correctly, keep your arms flat, keep the watch screen up, the watch fits comfortably with the wrist skin, do not wear it on the wrist condyle, and then activate the blood oxygen saturation on the watch/watch Measure, keep your arm still during the whole measurement.
    (2) Ensure that the sensor on the back of the watch/watch is clean, dry, and free of foreign objects.
    (3) In low-temperature environments (such as high-altitude, winter and other low-temperature scenarios), you can remove the watch/watch, rub the part where the watch is worn to activate the blood circulation, and then wear the watch for measurement.
    (4) Affected by external factors (excessive arm hair, tattoos, darker skin color, sagging arms, shaking arms, etc.), the measurement results may be inaccurate or out of value.
    (5) In order to make the measurement result more accurate, it is recommended that you wear it for 3-5 minutes before measuring the blood oxygen saturation.
    (6) The measurement results are for reference only, not as a basis for diagnosis and medical treatment.
  • Q:The watch screen does not light up

    A:
    When the touch slide is invalid, please press the button of the watch to light up the screen and check whether the watch is in the state of lock screen. If the screen is locked, press and hold the button until the unlock animation appears on the watch screen, and continue to hold the shortcut key until the screen is unlocked. If the watch is not locked and the screen still cannot support touch operations, please press and hold the watch button to force restart the watch.
  • Q:The screen does not turn on when you raise your wrist

    A:
    1. Please confirm whether the function of raising the wrist to light up the screen has been turned on: In the setting function, the icon of raising the wrist to light up the screen is blue, indicating that it has been turned on. You can also check whether it is turned on in the APP device details. (Some devices cannot be viewed in the APP, please ignore)
    2. Please check the setting of the effective time period for raising the wrist to turn on the screen, the watch only enables the function of raising the wrist to turn on the screen during the effective period.
    3. Please keep the watch screen as far as possible towards your face when turning or raising your wrist.
